We do our best to avoid sold-out items and restock regularly. It’s not always possible for us to say when a specific model will be available again, but you’re always welcome to contact us at customerservice@havealook.dk or call +45 25 12 00 98. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. If not, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it there, let us know so we can check everything is in order. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including Track & Trace information.

We send your glasses by post with PostNord Tracked Letter, with a delivery time of approx. 5 business days from the day you order them. Delivery times may be longer for countries outside the EU.

You get free shipping with PostNord in Europe when you buy 3 pairs of glasses. If you buy less than 3 pairs, postage is €7. Outside Europe shipping costs are always €7 with PostNord.

Once placed, you can’t change your order via the website, but you’re always welcome to email us at customerservice@havealook.dk or call +45 25 12 00 98 and we’ll help make the change manually.

Yes, you can exchange your glasses! Fill out the return slip that came with your order and send it back with the glasses you want to exchange. We'll send the new pair free of charge, but you’ll need to cover the return postage.

Yes, no problem! We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. Just fill out the return form and send the glasses back to us.

Your Have A Look glasses are sent by post directly to your door to a parcel shop. The delivery time for EU countries is approximately 5 business days with PostNord 'tracked letter' from the day you ordered your glasses. The delivery time may take up to 8 working days for countries outside the EU. Contact us at customerservice@havealook.dk or by phone at +45 25 12 00 98, if you haven't received your glasses and we will investigate and ensure you get them as quickly as possible.

Most people consider colour, size, strength, and fit when choosing glasses. It might also help to think about your face shape—our face shape guide can help.

If you have trouble seeing up close (e.g., reading), you need plus lenses (reading glasses). If you struggle to see at a distance (e.g., reading road signs), you need minus lenses (distance glasses). If you’re unsure, we recommend getting an eye test from an optician or eye doctor.

For age-related farsightedness (presbyopia), most people follow this guide:
- Age 40: +1
- Age 45: +1.5
- Age 50: +2
- Age 55: +2.5
- Age 60: +3
- Age 70: +3.5

If in doubt, visit an optician. Some offer free tests, others charge.

We don’t recommend replacing the lenses in our frames, as they are not designed for that. But feel free to ask your optician about the possibilities.

Flexible temples are spring-loaded arms that adapt to your face for a more comfortable fit. They also make the glasses more durable and easier to wear in your hair.

Unfortunately, we only offer glasses with the same strength in both lenses. Our strengths range from -1.5 to +3.5.

These are sunglasses with a small area of magnification at the bottom of the lens, ideal for reading outdoors while still being able to see everything else clearly.

Blue light glasses (also known as screen or computer glasses) have lenses that filter 60% of blue light from digital screens. They help prevent tired, dry, and strained eyes and protect your sleep cycle. Ours come with and without strength (0 to +3).

Everyone who spends time in front of a screen can benefit! Whether you work on a computer, study, scroll your phone, stream shows, or are gaming for hours, blue light glasses are great for protecting your eyes. Have A Look offers them both with and without strength.

We aim to balance aesthetics and functionality while protecting the planet. We use sustainable materials to reduce our carbon footprint. All transportation from our factories in Taiwan to our Danish warehouse is by ship where possible. We reuse packaging when we can and only use FSC-certified paper and cardboard. Our glasses are made of recycled or bio-based materials. Read more about our sustainability efforts here.

All our glasses are designed in Denmark and produced in Taiwan.

We’ve worked hard to find sustainable materials. Since 2022, all our frames have been made from either recycled plastic or bio-based materials (biopolymers) derived from natural oil from the castor plant. Our biopolymer supplier, Arkema, actively supports The Pragati Initiative, a sustainable farming collective in India. Read more in our CSR report.

All materials used in our glasses are thoroughly tested and fully certified according to legal safety standards. They meet strict requirements for allergy safety and skin compatibility. All metal parts are nickel-free.
